BB9b: rusty thespians

With no Kamal on hand and no helpers who can speak Tamil, this workshop is a bit of a nightmare, but let’s be honest – if these children weren’t as nice as they are, it could have gone a whole lot worse. As it was, I feel sorry for the children; that must have been a gruelling workshop.

BB4: surprise success

Despite more communication break-downs, I thought this workshop was incredibly fun. I’m particularly proud of quiet little Loheswari, who channelled her inner stern-maths-teacher, and all my naughty Kakkaiyankulam boys (Fausan, Akkar, Hafrath, Ijas) who were all committed to bringing thoughtful characterisations to the “stage”.
